Macworld 2009 - best find by far is the Omnistand by Radtech.
Those four black dots at the bottom are felt pads I added to prevent my Macbook Pro from being scratched. The four black dots across the plate is original from Radtech and are rubberized base.
There are five different notches for different heights...
to be used either as an elevation when using the laptop keyboard or external keyboard. Note the slight de-coloration on the aluminium? It is not from the heat of the Macbook Pro.There is no pricing information on this product nor availability date. I was suppose to send Radtech reviews on my use of this stand when they email or survey me, however, it's now month 4, and I've received no email or surveys.
